Commercial Butterfly Valves

J & S Valve combines the highest quality materials in our General Purpose Commercial Butterfly Valves. We offers the body made of cast iron, the disc of 316 stainless steel, the shaft of 304 stainless steel and the seat is EPDM for service temperatures up to 250°F. We offer the General Purpose Commercial Butterfly Valves in both wafer style and lug style bodies. We offer 2" - 12" Lever Operated and 5" - 24" we offer with a gear operator.

Wafer Style Commercial Butterfly Valves:

General Purpose Commercial Wafer Body Style Butterfly Valves fit between ANSI Class 125 or Class 250 Flanges. Valve Body shall be cast grey iron ASTM 126 Grade B. Valve stem are be 304 stainless steel . The disc material is 316 stainless steel. The seat material is EPDM. The stem seals o-rings are made of EPDM. Valves 2” - 8” are lever operated and valves 10” and larger can be gear operated unless automatic operation is preferred. Wafer Style Butterfly Valve are suitable for air service for temperature up to 250°F. Wafer Body Butterfly Series 2300 Manufactured by J&S Valve and Manufacturing, Huffman, Texas.
